Storage of your personal information
Information collected in connection with registration for our courses is saved and stored for 5 years, unless you contact us with a query to get this information deleted. We store your information to have documentation of any previously courses, as we offer follow-up courses. In addition, we store your information in connection with accounting, invoicing, auditing and the possibility of optimizing our services. We put much emphasis on protecting all data at all times as well as deleting information when they are no longer necessary to document the development of our activities.
Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at all times. You can do this by contacting us (contact details listed above). Please note that this is only relevant if we have consent to process information other that those required for the course, invoicing and accounting.
If you withdraw your consent, it does not change the legal rights of our processing of your data based on an earlier consent given by you up to the day of withdrawal of your consent. If you withdraw your consent, it has only effect from the day of your withdrawal of your consent.
Your rights

- Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in specific cases.
- Receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and send it to another controller (‘data portability’).
- Request that decisions based on automated processing concerning you or significantly affecting you and based on your personal data are made by natural persons, not only by computers. You also have the right in this case to express your point of view and to contest the decision.
